RPP was founded by property professionals who spent years watching good reservations collapse for one reason — the customer could not sell their existing home in time.

Rather than leaving that risk with the developer, we built a business that purchases or facilitates the purchase of the customer's property through an extensive funding and investor network. The customer gets certainty and a fixed move date. The developer gets a reservation that holds.

Today we work with regional and national housebuilders across the UK, excluding Aberdeen, supported by an in-house valuation and case management team and a panel of new build-experienced solicitors. Every property remains subject to individual eligibility and assessment.
