A chain-free buyer throughout the transaction
Once the Part Exchange is agreed, RPP remains the customer's chain-free buyer. RPP may begin looking for an onward buyer for the customer's existing property while the transaction progresses. Any viewings are arranged through RPP, with RPP liaising directly with the customer to agree a suitable date and time. RPP's purchase and the customer's completion are not dependent on an onward buyer being found. Finding or not finding an onward buyer will not extend the agreed completion timetable.
