Our cookie controls allow you to accept optional categories, reject non-essential technologies or manage your preferences.

You can reopen Cookie Settings from the website footer or the Privacy Policy. You can change your selection and save your choices at any time.

Optional external content is not loaded unless you enable the relevant category. Continuing to browse the website does not itself enable that content.

If you reject optional technologies, you can still browse our public pages, contact RPP and use portal sign-in. Features supplied by external services, such as an embedded map, remain unavailable until you enable the relevant category. Where provided, telephone and email contact options remain available.

We use browser storage to remember your cookie choices and support account authentication in the Developer Portal.

Cookie-preference storage records your selected categories so the website can apply your choices on later visits. Portal authentication storage supports signing in and maintaining an authenticated session. Its use depends on whether you use the Developer Portal.

These functions are separate from optional analytics and external media. They are not switched off through the optional category controls. You can manage stored information through your browser, although removing authentication information may sign you out and removing preference information may cause the website to ask for your choices again.

No analytics provider is currently connected to the RPP website. The current implementation does not include analytics or marketing tracking scripts.

The cookie-preferences panel includes an Analytics category and identifies that analytics is not currently in use. Selecting that category does not, by itself, introduce an analytics service.

We do not currently use advertising or cross-site marketing cookies on the RPP website.

If our use of these technologies changes, we will update the information provided and obtain consent before using them where required.

Some website features can display content supplied by another organisation. Loading that content may send information such as your IP address and browser details to the provider. The provider may also use its own cookies or similar technologies.

The contact page uses an optional Google Maps embed to display our office location. It is controlled by the External media category.

Where an external appointment calendar or video player is configured and made available, it is also controlled by the External media category. A coming-soon message or an unconfigured feature does not mean that an external player or calendar is active.

Before you enable External media, the relevant content is replaced by a message explaining how to enable it.

You can withdraw permission through Cookie Settings. This stops the website from loading the optional embedded content while that category is disabled. Withdrawing permission does not undo information already sent to an external provider. Information already stored by that provider may also need to be managed through your browser or the provider's own controls.

The provider's privacy and cookie information explains its processing and storage arrangements. Please review that information when choosing whether to use an external service.

The website requests the Sora and Manrope font files from Google Fonts. A request can disclose technical information, such as your IP address, even where it does not involve setting a cookie.

These font requests are separate from the optional embedded map and do not become analytics or advertising merely because a font is loaded.

Different technologies have different storage arrangements. Some information is retained for a defined period, some is associated with a session, and browser local storage may remain until it is removed by the website or through browser controls.

External providers control the storage they use when their content is enabled. Refer to the relevant provider information for those details.

Your browser may allow you to inspect, block or delete cookies and other stored website information. The available controls vary between browsers.

Blocking or deleting storage needed for website or portal functions may affect those functions, sign you out or remove your saved preferences.

Your choices may need to be set separately when you use another browser or device, or after you clear stored website information.

We may update this Cookie Policy when our website, external services or use of cookies and similar technologies changes.
